The Atlantian Knitters group decided on a group project to provide knit garters to each gift basket for the King and Queen to present at Gulf WAr 2004. I was tasked with producing garters for the Kingdom of Atenveldt's basket. The first and last 18 rows of each garter are seed stich, the middle is filled with the garter stitch. I used Halcyon's Bartlett Maine Wool Worsted in colors 217 for the body and 213 for the fringe trim.
